Guest Editor this month is our resident Beauty Editor Ruby Hammer MBE. We invited Ruby into this edition to share her favourite black founded beauty brands. Following on from the devastating events that have been taking place in America regarding racism, injustice and discrimination, many people have had their eyes opened and taken time to listen, learn and educate themselves on what black communities are facing. We must take time to actively celebrate and elevate their communities by acknowledging their cultures and businesses. I have and will always push inclusivity as a brand ambassador, creator and makeup artist. I am proud of MilliOnAir for providing an inclusive attitude, now and historically, whether through the models featured, freelancers hired or brands featured. In this issue of MilliOnAir I have highlighted several of my favourite black founded beauty brands - whether you make a purchase, follow and share or choose to make an investment in a black founded company it is all support. We need to keep up momentum making this a movement not a moment! Ruby Hammer MBE @rubyhammer
